Lulzim Basha must resign because not even 10% of the party is behind him, while he is left with DP officials who cannot go to Berisha because of the clashes between the parties these two years (and Berisha is nothing in the vocabulary of attack together with his tabor) or people who owe Basha personally for their careers.
