IEAD together with "Envision" signed LOI to support the largest wind power plant project in ASEAN. SHANGHAI--April 5, 2022--PRNewswire/InfoQuest Envision Envision Group (Envision) announced that it has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Impact Energy Asia Development (IEAD) to supply wind turbines to the power plant project. The famous 600 megawatt "Monsoon" wind power plant in Laos, with the power plant starting construction this year. and is expected to begin commercial use in 2025, if completed. It will be the first and largest cross-border wind power plant project in the ASEAN region.
